Dr. Goto is a Naturopathic Doctor and Licensed Acupuncturist with a passion for whole-body healing and personalized care. She holds advanced degrees in Naturopathic Medicine, Acupuncture, and Traditional Chinese Medicine, and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Bridgeport. Before pursuing medicine, she earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester in England—proof that she brings both science and heart to her approach.

Dr. Goto trained extensively with world-renowned physician Dr. Peter D’Adamo and completed her residency at the Center of Excellence in Generative Medicine, focusing on genetics-based, personalized wellness. Her studies have taken her across the globe—from learning Ayurveda in India and herbal medicine in Costa Rica, to acupuncture in China.

Today, Dr. Goto is based in Kailua, Hawaii and sees patients virtually. She brings a thoughtful, compassionate approach to care, helping clients uncover the root causes of imbalance and create a truly personalized path to feeling their best.
